I was a Fido customer and after moving to another service provider, I got a call from the Winback team.
I considered their offer and decided to accept it.
They opened up my new account and told me that I will get my new SIM cards.
It has been 1 month + and I still haven't received my cards.
I tried calling customer care several times and asked them to get me in touch with someone from the Winback team to get an update on the status on delivery of my SIM cards.
I have been waiting for more than a week and still haven't heard anything from the Winback team.
It seems Fido/Rogers don't value me as a customer.
