It is totally unaccepable that there is no way to use the self service to turn the voicemail on or off.
We pay a huge amount of money every month for cell phone service and simple things like turrning off or on the voicemail or talking to a CSR seems to be an option.
Then try to call Customer Service and they put you on hold for 30 minutes to one hour before somebody answers?.
FIDO service like this is simply garbage.
