Voicemail keeps resetting

Hi there,

 

I am a new customer to Fido and having an issue with my voicemail. Everytime i try to access my messages, the personal greeting automation acts as if it is the first time i have used voicemail and begins by resetting my passcode number etc. I am getting increasingly frustrated trying to access my messages after going through the rigmarole of 'setting up my passcode' and 'name' again and again.

 

Could someone please advise on how to fix this issue?

Sorry to hear about all this! Even after a full restart of your device it persist?
