so I just spent an hour on hold with Fido waiting for a rep. Had one answer, I explained I needed to set up voicemail but when I called it asked me to enter my phone number and press pound but then stated my phone number was invalid.
Then the rep placed me on hold and hung up on me....
I don't want to wait another hour on hold to be ignored, I literally joined Fido yesterday this is so disapointing. Can anyone help me get through to a representative, I saw in another forum that was the only way someone else resolved this issue.
