Voicemail is gone :(

I upgraded my plan and now my voicemail is gone. When I call voicemail it says I can only punch in someone else's number to leave them a message ?

Hmm, it's possible that during the changes the voicemail option was expired by mistake. We'll fix this for you! I'll send you a PM.

Was the changes made online or via the customer service?
