Hello
I received a voice mail notification with this number +1 587-737-0210 and it's stuck on my screen and it has hacked my phone settings. How to delete it?! I tried everything but didn't work

Have you tried listening to your voicemail and clearing it?
Try clearing the phone app cache and restart the phone and see if the notification goes away.

I did listen to it and it stucked and I tried to delete the 4 phone apps. It takes a while and comes up again.

In this case, I would suggest you call customer service and ask them to reset your voicemail.
