I'm writing to follow-up on a refund request regarding a 600 cad payment I mistakenly made from my bank account. I have already provided the transaction number obtained from my bank to your team, and it has been over two weeks without any response or update on the status of the refund. 

This delay causing significant financial strain as I'm unable to pay my rent without this amount being refunded. I kindly request that you prioritize this issue and provide me with a prompt resolution.
