I was going to upgrade my phone to iPhone Xr and fido won't allow me to do it online. It just says upgrade pending.
Does that mean I have to go and visit the store and do the device upgrade there?
Are you getting any other type of error message? Also, just to confirm right now you can reserve the iPhone XR, when you reserve a device you'll receive an email when the phone will ship to the location that you selected.
