Update address

I've been trying to update my address since 5 years ago through my profile into my account, asking more than 6 times trough the customer service by phone but none if these attempts have manage to be able to have my adress up to day with the correct unit. This issue has caused me great frustration and two iPhones orders delayed by the courrier because of this discrepancy. I can't understand how difficult can be updating a customer address that have used this service for more than 5 years.
