Unlimited incoming calls still free while in the US?

My plan includes free incoming texts and calls.  I know the imcoming texts are free while in the US.  Are the incoming calls free as well?

No. You will be charged roaming rates. $1.45/minute for all calls, in or out.

Much better to buy a prepaid phone and plan from a US carrier. Good thing you asked instead of assuming. Others go down and come home with a phone bill big enough to buy a car.
