I have a phone plan with fido currently and i brought my own device. I've had my plan for over a year now and im wanting to upgrade my phone but whenever i try i get multiple errors. I have no owing balance and I either get the "Sorry! Something Went Wrong." screen or when i try the ask jack i get the messege "Sorry, our live chat specialists are unable to complete a hardware upgrade for you.

I would like to do this process online over the inperson option but it seemingly not working.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @sulario , I've had that happen on other sites also. Did you try using a different browser?
