Hi,

 

I have tried calling Fido support for past hour and have received the same message along the lines of circumstances are out of fido's control and would have to call back later. Live Chat with a rep is unable to queue as well. Any idea when customer support will be available today?

I have been trying to contact customer service for 4 days but can't get through. I am a new customer and can't get my number ported to Fido. Can I cancel online?
