I would like to say thank you to Carmen, for outstanding service and really professional communication skills. I was calling Fido with the reason to cancel my service and in 15 minutes, Carmen had convinced me not to only stay with Fido but also signed a new contract. I am a long time Fido customer and I wanted to congratulate Fido for hiring such an amazing person. It was a win-win situation as far as I am not only a satisfied customer but also the person who can send new clients to Fido. Once more. I would like to say thank you.
