They said that they updating their website. It wiped out my account and then they asked me to re-register but still didnt work. They will log in a report but it will take 3 days to fix it! I said I need the detailed bill and they said they will mail it, I told them it is urgent. No luck.
They should fire their IT people for creating this terrible mess. Time to change company.
