Hello. this is Jaehwan Choi who has used Fido for almost 2 years. I have requested to freeze my account from April to May for 2 months by calling custumer center and already paid the last bill on April of using on March. However, I received the bill that i have to pay for April from the email. I did not use any data on April becuase i went back to my country on Mar 31st. Could you guys check my status if it is holding now? I am wondering what that bill means and if i can leave this bill untill arriving at Canada. And I do not want to pay any of them for 2 months and i am going to go to Canada on the end of this May. Thank you.
