Temporarily Suspend plan for travel

I have been abroad for a month and before I go, I have contacted customer service to put my plan on hold and they have accepted it. However, when I check again, it still appeared that I still have to pay for my plan even though I haven't used any of the data. 


Good morning @hailey_610 , sorry to hear that your plan didn't get temporarily paused. You can contact customer service Here to resolve it. Being that you are out of the country,  I would suggest trying to contact over Twitter as you don’t have to wait on the phone. Look for fidosolutions on Twitter to start a dialog and they can assist you from there.
