Dear Fido,
I have 2 fido phone card in 1 plan which is attached below. For 1(the # is: XXX-XXX-XXXX) is not in use now, I’d like to stop the card using temporary for several months. Could you help me to make that change?

Just to clarify, are you looking to suspend one of the numbers on your account? If that's the case, we can suspend the line for $7 per month if you currently don't have an agreement on the line.
