Suspend a plan

I requested to suspend my plan three months ago since I am in outside of Canada. I just found out my plan was not suspended. So, now I ask to suspend my plan again

Sorry to hear your plan was not suspended as requested, are you currently in a contract? If so that could be the reason the suspension was not applied. If you are not in a contract then you will need to reach out to customer service to have this resolved.

 

You can contact them even from outside of the country through any of the methods listed here.
