Hi Fido customer service,
I have been waiting for almost a month for winback team to call me.
I moved to Koodo last month then an agent from Fido called me and offered me a better deal. I acceptedthen he tild me to wait for 1-2 days for confirmation email. After 2 weeks, i contacted customer service but they told me to wait winback to call me. Until now Iam still waiting since I returned the new phone to koodo. I know you guys are busy but its been too long while koodo could send me a new phone in 3-5 days only to seal the deal.
