I have received an email saying you have requested to change the PIN which I haven't.
Someone is using my information and trying to change the PIN. I tried to login to my account but it is locked/suspended as the fraud person tried to access my account multiple times with wrong information.
I have reached out to chat support and dialed to Fraud Department. It went to voicemail and there is no action yet. I am on Fido customer support call and it has been more than 2 hours, I am still waiting someone to speak to me. I don't know what kind of customer support this is where you can not reach to the agent even after 2 hours.

Fido put those measures in place to help prevent unauthorized access to your account, I know it can be daunting trying to get hold of someone but I would suggest you keep trying the fraud department as I believe they are the ones that will need to verify the account and unlock it.
