Setup Service Fee

Does Fido still charge the setup fee if you port your number or only a partial charge for the amount of plane you've used.

Already regretting switching from bell. A 60 dollar fee on a 40 dollar plan that I wasn't even informed about.

Good morning @Pissed_off_ , if you port your number over yourself on the website or app, there isn't a fee for this. If you engage with a Fido representative  you will be charged an administrative fee. You do not need to contact the carrier that you are porting out from. Your new carrier will take care of closing your other account. You will be charged outstanding balance.
