Service fee

Hello,

I was told while purchasing the sim that this 30 dollars service will be adjusted and returned on the 3rd month bill after joining the network. Now, I got my 3rd month bill and it is still showing the normal bill with no refund of the service fee ($30). 

Please update on this issue
