Scammed at 96 and 128 location surrey

Horrible experience feel lied and scammed to bought new phone samsung a8 nuthing but problems. I took back to store jas at the 96 and 128 location in surrey he looks at it deletes a few things re installs tells me to try it out without telling me about the fifteen day return policy so when i take it back cuz same issues they do nuthing say its past date worat then used car salesman great scam.srtist sell garbage then say to exchange for same junk phone
