Samsung wont sent text

Hi

I bought a phone plan for my daughter...just for phone and texting but no data. She receives text messages but when she goes to reply it wont send

Welcome to the Community! I have some questions for you :

• All of her other services work fine? (inc/out calls and inc texts)

• If she restarts the device completely, does it persist once it connects back to the network?

• Is it the same thing for every number she tries to text?

• She is using the default text application? Not any third-party?
