I had a nice experience from Mr. Kunal Desai who is a customer service representative in sales. He did a great job in alleviating my concerns on the pending order. He explained me the current offers and plans. He was so helpful.
Unfortunately I couldn't do the survey call as I got disconnected due to bad weather conditions.
