STILL, after 3 WEEKS, Getting and sending MULTIPLE texts

I am getting REALLY fed up with this!  After 3 weeks, and talking to multiple mods on here, a NEW SIM from Fido, and now a NEW phone and NEWER SIM, I am STILL getting and sending multiple texts!  I have no idea what the problem is, but it is really pissing me off!  Anyone have any suggestions?  Because basically I can't even use my texting because it is so annoying to me and my contacts about getting multiple...3-6 ...of the same text!  I am getting nowhere!  It is NOT my phone, and it is NOT my SIM....  I have sent messages and calls to fido over the past 3 weeks....any suggestions?

I am really sorry to see you're experiencing these kinds of complications with the text messaging services. We tried a couple more things on our end; we'll wait on your answer to our most recent PM so we can get this sorted out for you.
