SOS feature on the top right side of my phone

For how many days now that I cannot use my data texting and calling because a "SOS" is showing on the top right side of my mobile. I tried cleaning the sim. Turning off and on my phone many times and working on the setting but to no avail. Please help.

Can you try putting your SIM in another phone and see if it works, if it does then the problem is related to your phone itself, you can try doing a network reset or a factory reset as a last resort.

If the SIM is not working in another phone then it could be a bad SIM or possibly an issue with your account you would need to contact customer service and they can advise if there is an issue with your account if not then you will need to get a new SIM card.
