purchased a iPhone xr with a deposit. Switched to Fido from Koodo. First day had to call Fido 3 times as phone was not receiving texts and calls going straight to voicemail. First person said she would call me back in two minutes and didn't. Second told me it was a national issue and it wasn't . Third person could not figure it out either. I want to return it but worried store may be closed due to pandemic.
We totally understand how not receiving your calls can be quite an incovenience. Have you attempted to manually select the Fido network or reset your network settings?
That would ensure you're probably connected to the network.
