Retrieve deleted Text Messages

Hi I deleted texts I reset phone  but I had backed up phone after I deleted the texts ( I know should have backed up to computer and then transferred to phone)

anyway am I still able to get them somehow 

I tried a recovery app ( dr phone I think it was) and they weren't there anymore

not iCloud either. 
my guess is I've deleted them permanently now

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to say but if you did not make a backup anywhere then you will not be able to get them back.

I haven't found any software that was ever successful in retrieving messages after a factor reset.
