I'm a Participant Level 1

Renewal Help ?

I'm 16 years old and my contract is expiring this summer. The contract is under my mom's name however she won't be here in Toronto when the contract expires due to medical reasons (she's currently confined in Alaska and does not know when she will be able to return). Now, my question is will I be able to renew the contract myself if I tell fido about my situation.

I am sorry to hear that your mother is not well.

 

In order for you to be able to upgrade your phone with an agreement renewal, you would need to be an authorized level 1 user on this account. Your mother would need to contact us to authorize you, and this can be done by phone, email or chat. Once this is done, you may visit one of our stores to complete the upgrade. You will need at least one piece of photo ID with you.
