i purchased samsung S21 FE 5G on 23rd NOV from bestbuy with FIDO 24 month contract at that day i purchased with $ 14.58 monthly installment then after price was reduced with $ 9.54 i am trying to connect with fido but no one answering my call. i already contact with bestbuy they told me credit will automatically deposit in my fido account.

I do not believe the reduction will be automatic and you would need to speak with a Fido representative and they will process the monthly installment payment.
With all the ongoing promotions wait times are longer than expected you can also try messaging them on social media if you are not able to wait on the phone, see here for all the different methods to contact them.
