Refund Cheque

With the Canada Post strike, what other options do you have in sending our refund cheques? I cancelled my plan in October and I have over $100 credit balance on my account. How do you intend to send the cheque to me with the Canada Post strike? You should have alternative mail options!

Yes, I have, and they said they only send refunds by cheque through Canada Post. No other options.

Hey @Arci! 

Have you checked with customer service if it's possible to send the refund directly to your payment method? 

This might be possible if your last payment was made with a credit card.
