Hello~
Recently I tried to refill my account balance with a $10 voucher, but I got this error message saying
"The voucher refill amount you have entered is not compatible with your plan.
Please enter another voucher refill amount or change your plan."
I'm confused cause I've never gotten this error before, and I don't have a plan..
and I've always used this voucher amount without having any problems ? D:
Not sure what to do ! Other than have to call in and ask~
but can anyone help/give advice/explanation what I did wrong.. ? LOL. :<

Yeah I just tried refilling with my account online too and it gives me that exact same messege.
