Refill Amount not compatible with plan?

Hello~ 
Recently I tried to refill my account balance with a $10 voucher, but I got this error message saying
"The voucher refill amount you have entered is not compatible with your plan.
Please enter another voucher refill amount or change your plan."
 

I'm confused cause I've never gotten this error before, and I don't have a plan..
and I've always used this voucher amount without having any problems ? D: 

Not sure what to do ! Very_Happy Other than have to call in and ask~ 
but can anyone help/give advice/explanation what I did wrong.. ? LOL. :<

I recommend you contact us over the phone at 1888 481-3436.

 

This type of situation requires account access.

It has same problem with my phone, I just hope to get a solution, Don't tell other things that not useful please!!

I wish to confirm that there is an ongoing issue with refills using vouchers via My Account. It has already been flagged to our technical department.

I do not have an estimated time of resolution, but I can guarantee that we are working on a fix as fast as possible.

In the meantime, I would invite you to call 611 to proceed with your refill. I have made some tests and can confirm that your voucher will work from there.

Yeah I just tried refilling with my account online too and it gives me that exact same messege.
