Receiving bills for my account I canceled in 2017

My internet account was canceled in 2017 and I even requested a refund cheque for its negative balance in November 2021. I received the cheque in December 2021, but I have started receiving bills for this account since this month. Please address this issue!!!!!! It's almost impossible to reach a live chat agent!!! The account number is 211927736.
