Received payment failure text messages for no reason

Hi. I received a SMS sent by 93995 saying my Fido payment was declined. The account number mentioned in the message was different than mine. I logged into my account and checked my bill. It shows there's no amount that needs to be paid. Is this a mistake?

This is definitely a Spam and I would close and delete that message.

 

Our support team is always working on reducing those types of messages to our customers, but scammers always find new ways to send those.

 

You can report those to the Canadian Anti Spam center here
