I just wanted to know that if i will pay off my total remaining balance and change my fido monthly plan, does my insaurance plan still gonna work or not.... does it still cover protection thing....?/

Are you referring to the Premium Device Protection ?

If you have that feature, then yes it will still work with your current phone after changing your plan
