Problems paying bill

i have recently cancelled my fido services due to having to move country. my online account is telling me to pay my buyout fee of 468$ but I can't actually pay it because there is another monthly bill of $148 in the way. I have already paid this $148 earlier in the month (have a recepit and confirmation from customer service already)  but it didn't update as my account is now "limited". The buyout bill of $468 jsut landed in my inbox and even has the audacity to ask me to pay it "immediately".
 
 If I am going to be made pay this bill by the 20th of next month I would appreciate actually being able to start paying it.  I've been trying to pay this bill and canel my services since early December and the fact that there is still problems is simply shambolic and frustrating. Any help or advice from people who have been in this situation before would be really appreciated.
