Prepaid PIN

I refill my prepaid acc with automatic refills ,not a pin#, how do9 I get past whee it ask for the pin #??

Hi, i entered everything that it required but after i entered my pin, nothing appeared and it directed me to the fido website. Is there something wrong?

Hi Bill,

Every prepaid customer has a PIN on their account. If you cannot remember it, you will need to call customer service by dialing either 611 from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 from any other phone.
