Premium text messages, details in starter kit?

Just wondering what you guys think, should Fido warn clients when they activate their phones about premium text messages and the fees that could be associated, and even more important, how a person can stop them from coming in? I think it would be a good thing to have in the Starter Kits, but I was wondering what others thought.

perhaps if people subscribe to a premium message, they should atleast get a TEXT MESSAGE from FIDO about it, warning the charges are third party, and to contact the <insert shortcode name here> to inquire about charges.
