I am trying to reach customer support through using the the MyFido app. When clicking on "my support" from the app, I am taken to the website where I am then promoted to use my app.... and the cycle continues.
As always Fido, your customer service continues to impress me. Not on a good way. Why can I not send an email? Why can I not access Facebook messenger? Why can I not access LIve Chat?
I'm pretty sure that one of the mods here will contact you to help you out. I find that I get better results by coming here to the community forum or on twitter. Either way, I think you'll be in good hands right here
