I have been trying to adjust my plans for days.  The fact a cell phone company whose one and only job is to provide telephone service and can't take calls, says a lot.  If you knew you would experience high call volumes put your money where your mouth is and pay for more shifts at your call centers.  I've been with this company for 14 years now, and am sick at this stunt they just pulled.  I simply wanted to change my plan to the 10g plan but couldn't get a hold of anyone as many others experienced.  Absolute fail on their part.

I replied to your other post here.

 

While we did have extra staff in place for this promotion, we still experienced a higher than expected volume of inquires and we weren’t able to respond to everyone as fast as we usually do.
