I have been in touch with your customer service team since Jan 12, for a phone that was shipped to a wrong address and I was charged for it $2500 , almost everyday for an issue that they agree it is Fido's fault . Absolutely a waste of time with customer service team. Every time I call back to follow up on reference ID ,they say back office team will be in touch in 2 business day. But in reality no one even bothered to look into my case. Today I was told probably within 10 days they may take a look to my case. This is a shame for fido. I want to leave Fido to another provider, I am done with the way my concern us treated and need to speak with someone with more authority. Obviously, your staff are not doing their job.
