I was expecting new phone delivery
unfortunately there company is purorator
they said they attempted delivery but there was no delivery notice usually I can get the stuff next day, go get it from the nearest Purolator Center you should give me that others option
So
I contacted today customers service Center waiting 20min waiting
They said they redelivery on Tuesday option only
So I said I would change to Wednesday because Wednesday is my work off day
Most customers are working
They can’t just sit and wait for delivery instead not going work
It is absurd!!
You have no other option at all
Why use this many controversial company
I heard my stuff is in warehouse now
so I cannot go get the phone from nearby purorator
what is it meaning?
they really attempted delivery
why they give me any notice slip on my front door then
i am very conerning
and my phone is not working now properly that is why I buy new phone
purorator even delivery on Saturday Haha!
Canada post would more great
at least they give me. Notice slip and pick up my stuff next day !!!
