I changed one of my plans to the new 10G plan but it’s not showing (in fact it now shows a higher monthly fee of $60 for LESS data than before) and my son just went over his old limit. It’s impossible to use chat and waiting on the phone (3 hour estimate this morning) is unacceptable). How can I fix this? Thanks.

Is it possible that the plan change is set for your next billing cycle?
