Plan change with exclusive offer

Hi! I am planning to take you up on your exclusive offer of 4gb for 50/mo with no new term commitment. My billing cycle ends in 13 days. How would I be billed if I dont wait for the end of my billing cycle? Would it start a new billing cycle?

Hello @Drizzles,

 

Your billing cycle will remain the same and you bill bill be prorated meaning you will be billed only for the days you were on your old plan and the days when you change to the new plan. 

 

When your billing cycle resets you will be billed your normal monthly rates, if you are currently on a contract and you change to a BYOP plan then you will have to pay off the remaining balance of your tab.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I just want to make sure I will be raking in the benefits they stated in the email like voice mail and call display w still unlimited canada wide which I am enjoying at my existing plan. I attached a pic of what they sent me.

@Drizzles If the details of the plan states you get all those features then that's what you will get.
