Plan change retains Monthly Bill Credits?

Currently on $45 for 4GB plan

Currently there is $45 for 9GB offer available

Current plan has couple of credits applied for new phone from Costco

Credit: Mobile Plan - 24 months ($10)

Credit: Payment Program Promotion ($40 I think)

It shows following when trying to make this plan change. Does it mean I'll lose either of the monthly credit?

Extra GB is good but not worth the loss of $10 credit Costco phone guy helped to get.
