Payment with canadian prepaid credit card

Credit department agent claimed Fido does not accept any prepaid Mastercard cards, and abruptly ended conversation without helping, after being mentioned that official Fido website stated that "All Canadian prepaid cards are accepted, except: Prepaid Ideal Choice Mastercard and Prepaid Vanilla Mastercard"... terrible costumer service acting in bad faith...
