Fido states that when setting up payment through your bank, select payee "Fido Solutions Inc."
Libro only lists the old name "Fido Microcell Solutions Inc."
Is this the same and will it be successful for payments?

Yes Fido Microcell is the same, you can go ahead and make your payments.
