Pay off phone balance

Hi,

I would like to pay off the remainder of my phone balance. However, I cannot find a link anywhere online to pay off my phone balance. I do not want to upgrade phones, but simply to pay off my phone balance. Is there a way to pay it without having to wait for a CS representative on the line?

Unfortunately, you will need to reach out to customer service in order to have that transaction process.
