I don't understand why you are the child company of Rogers and now affiliated with Shaw which both have 5G networks but somehow Fido customers have no access to this.
Secondly I have to pay roam like home charges and travel the world that in some areas only has 5G so I lose all data connectivity. Is there a solution to fix this issue. If I'm abroad and on their satellites why can I not connect to the fastest server when I have the newest phone and technology that's capable of it.
This is an archaic network that will slowly lose all customers and am now starting my switch to a provider that actually cares to provide a service that everyone else gives.
Please provide an explanation cause I would love to hear an intelligent response and reason behind this nonsense.

weird ,
telus has it for koodo/public mobile, bell has it for virgin mobile.
there is only 1 option is to change to the others i.e. rogers/telus/koodo/public/bell/virginmobile
